Ok, I know it's out there. But I'm not finding it with a few quick searches. I think the first time I had egged lobster dip was at WessB's Tikifest last year. Sorry, I can't remember who made it.
We would love to have the recipe/cooking tips for it so we can make it for guests this weekend.

This is the only one I know of. It's made by our famous Maine egger. Mainegg!

Just tried it a couple weeks ago and it's outa control good. -
That's the one. And Julie has the perfect touch whenever she makes it. The one she made at FL minifest was fabulous.Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 5 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!
