Tri-tip and rice - Thanks Jay SSN686

Cooked a tri-tip with your rice recipe tonight. Awesome rice, thank you very much. I just followed your instructions, cooked at 350 indirect for 75 minutes and the kids said something like "S good, do again". I'm taking that as a compliment so thanks for the recipe.

The rice, butter, and meat:

Melted the butter, added the rice:

Searing the tri-tip on the Large BGE (must be the 100'th photo of a tri-tip this month, so enjoy);

No pics after the food entered the house. Teenagers present, so I'm lucky to get it sliced before it disappears.
