Salmon on Miss Mini???

I'm planning on doing the salmon with Dijon Bourbon Glaze by Gret1, will I have much of a problem doing this on Miss Mini??? Maybe only use a small amount of lump so it's not so close to the grill??? I normally use my large for this but will have to use the little one. ÜÜÜ

    Yo Bob
I'd say a small bit of lump would do the trick, and if you can raise the grate like YB does, that would be perfect. That little sucker aint got a lot of space, but it sho can cook.[p]Best toya

  • Nature Boy,
Thanks Chis, your right about the space that's why I figured too much lump close to the grate might get to hot, this should be fun.[p]Beers to ya when the clock hits beer thirty, ÜÜÜ

It is "pizza thirty" now. Since beer and pizza go so well together........it's beer thirty too. hehe.
