Dale are you cookin at SoCal fest next weekend? I will be cooking this year, and just hope to make it through the day. Also how many sliders did you serve last year, I am trying to figure out how much to cook.

Doug I am cooking and I did the sliders as an afterthought.I did the quesadillas as my main dish-I think I did about 100 sliders.I served over 300 pieces of quesadillas and it was a workout.
