These are my best effort of all time I think the only problem we gave most of them away to my wifes boss's wlfe she just got home from back surgery

    Yes indirect 4 1/2 hr at 225 sauced lightly last 1/2 hr

    ooops!! forgot these were loin backs from Sam's Club They were very meaty alot more than most I get there
    I still have trouble with the spares I do always in the learning process family just loves my practicing
  • When I saw your pic I was thinking they looked just like the 3 pack of loin backs I bought at Sams last weekend. For $2.29/# they looked like a pretty good deal. I'm glad to see they certainly have potential. I'm planning on firing the egg up this weekend and giving them a little tender loving care in my ceramic sauna :laugh:
