Saturday was 7 deep dish pies on the XL at once. While the XL was getting up to temp for an hour, did the Italian sausage on the medium over apple.

Sunday was crash hots on the XL and blackened fish on the medium.

Tonight was 12 large burgers on the XL, and 2 spatch chicks over cherry on the medium.
