A coworker locally raises hens that produce a very pale green-blue egg. They are truly free range and feed only organic feed. These green eggs are environmentally green.
I prepared breakfast by roasting some Hatch green and red chilis with a couple jalapenos.
Then I egged the 'green' eggs and ham on the griddle.
Another oppppps........backflash after roasting the chilis. Missing some hair on the right arm and right eyebrows and some hair on the right side near my face. :pinch: No pics of this oppps, refer to Ross in Ventura for pics.
Plated Green Eggs & Ham alfresco.
Settling in to eat breaksfast with lowercasebill's custom roasted caveman brew. I dressed in appropriate attire, sans apron for once! eenie meenie I am.

One of the nurses at the rehab gave us a dozen of them. The green was very light like yours but they definitely had a much richer taste.

Great looking meal, where are the Bloody Marias?
I sent you an email yesterday regarding what you might need for the Florida Mini. -
Pat, the yolks were so deep yellow orange. I can't wait to make pasta with them. They're like the eggs we used in Italy to get the really yellow pasta.

It's about time I get to enjoy my yard this year.....it's been too blasted hot to sit outside and eat all summer long. I'm really enjoying the weather this weekend. bill, your caveman is truly a treat!

You mean VI's Moose Butt won't cure a burn????? -
You have got to give this a try. It amounts to a cut of pork, tenderloin - very lean, loin really lean and then Boston Butt which is the picture I posted above.
You have my email address (or use the forum), send me your postal information.

Those eggs come from Araucana chickens, originally from Chile. We had four of them several years back, got way more eggs than we could use. -RP
