I am a new egg owner and have just cooked my fourth meal in 6 days. The first, a beautiful steak, came out perfect. The next two meals were a little overcooked, but still better than any I ever cooked on the gas. I am still working on timing/temp control, but getting closer. My chicken took two hours instead of one, but it was worth the wait. Will post pics soon! Thanks to Smokin Bob for walking me through!! I LOVE MY EGG!
