It is Egg season year round in these parts.

This must be a summer camp BGE. Like living in Maine or somewhere where you only go from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Take it with you if so, or buy another BGE for the winter season.
-
Take a look at the first pic in the post. It's always Egg Season.

Dude, this is a joke, right? Put away?!
http://www.eggheadforum.com/index.php?option=com_simpleboard&func=view&id=949650&catid=1I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Yes, this is a joke. No worries.

My favorite time for egging is in the middle of winter with 30+ below wind chills. To be able to chomp down on some serious BBQ when it looks like Antartica outside is the only highlight.

Hey Buddy I live about 10000 miles north of you and cooked on mine all winter. You can to. Today, as that was the question I'm doing CWM memorial Ribs.

Steaks tonight, Brisket tomorrow and burgers and ribs Monday, however there is no "put away"
My eggs would be very upset if I did something like that.

I live in N.E. Ohio and I plan on grilling, smoking during the winter. Only problem I see is trying to find lump or stockpiling my lump. Gordon Food Service said they can get the lump all winter long. I can't wait.

Move out West, you will never have to put your Eggs in hibernation :woohoo:

Eggs have the same season as eating. If that's what your gonna do, I hope your ready.

I will be doing two 10 lb butts, abt's and baked beans on the egg, plus a bunch of other stuff will be brought in for the big BBQ. But this is the Bay Area, we don't have an OFF season for the EGG, or being outside for that matter. :PDave San Jose, CA The Duke of Loney

I have 40 bags of lump in the garage, I am kicking off the real grilling season on Monday with some baby backs. I hate grilling in the summer, its too hot.

IN Massachusetts we cook all year long. After a good snowstorm (if there is such a thing) I let my wife shovel the deck off then I go out and get the Eggs ready.
Those crazy Canuks like some of us cook at night on the tundra! That's how tough they are.
Got the idea yet? -
WE never put our away in KS we cook all year round. I also like to cook in the fall and winter it is not so hot. Turkey on Thanksgiving is the best.
