Today is the big day! I've toyed with this thing all weekend..not I think I'm going to ACTUALLY put some meat one it (provided there are enough CHUNKS left to actually COOK with). Gonna take the majorities advice and go with something fairly simple. Have chosen FiveFalls Grilled Honey Dale BBQ Chicken Breasts. Look for post later on this evening on how it went (or didn't...but I'm fairly confident now)! YEEHAWWWW!
