Saw Little Steven's post where he vaccum marinated chicken legs and thought I don't use my vacuum marinater enough so I decided today to try some chops. They were fantastic! Going to be sunjecting a lot of food to low atmosphere treatment from now on. These tasted like they were brined they were so juicy.
For the marinade Wishbone Robust Italian Dressing (my favorite for pork) and Woeber's relish mustard.
