Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
We’re feeling pretty super, how about you? The big game is fast approaching, and while we love football, we love an excuse to invite people over and cook even more! You too can cook like a champion with recipes from Dr. BBQ’s NFL Gameday Cookbook: Grilled Tuna Sandwiches from Seattle and Baked Brie from New England. Who’s going to win? You’ll have to cook both to find out.

The 17th Annual EGGtoberfest was amazing - here are the highlights Click Here

What a terrible new format. I was enjoying following the teams to competitions even if most of the teams weren't winning...maybe they should sign up the top 10 teams to a contract each year to follow them (TLC that is)

I would much rather see them at real comps but the camera crews and such would be a pain for the competitors. -RP

That might be why the ones they were following were not winning that much  But I did like the old format, I'm done with the new one

  • I think the judges knowing who cooked what, influenced the outcome

  • Just wondering what Oprah's former chef knows about bbq. Just listening to him critic bbq like he's visiting a 5-star restaurant is maddening. Atleast Myron Mixon and Warren Sapp seem to know something about bbq.
