College Gameday Pastrami

Had a corned beef sitting in the freezer and decided it's time to make Pastrami again for Saturday's all day event of football. Will have ribs cookin' tomorrow for the crowd. Here's the corned beef, after a three day soak, all spiced up

This by far came out the best batch I ever made. Can't wait until kickoff. I will also make Pastrami/hash with some of the leftovers. As always, I give out the Kudo's to Thirdeye for this technique.
