I saw Little Steven’s post about trying to get crispy chicken skin so I decided to mimic his last try. I decided to try some corn starch wings indirect for the Steelers game last night. I bought one of the foodsaver vacuum marinaters but I couldn’t find my hose so I couldn’t use it.
Here are some wings. Half plain and half with Old Bay

The wings had a crunchy skin but I prefer direct cooked wings much better.
