I have posted in the past about how I just haven't managed to get that "Wow, this is really GOOD!" reaction with b/s chicken breast like I usually get with other egged food. I finally got that reaction tonight with Chrispy/Smokey Bob's Cherry Smoked Bourbon Chicken Thigh recipe. I cooked a combo of b/s thighs and breast. This recipe is a keeper. After boiling the extra sauce, I drizzled it on the finished chicken...awesome! Thanks Smokey Bob.[p]The recipe can be found in the 2004 Waldorf Eggfest cookbook.[p]Bob
