<p />Tonight we had a small beef tenderloin with asparagus topped with hollandaise sauce. [p]The tenderloin was about 3.5 inches thick – raised the temp of the BGE to 800 and cooked for 3/3/9 minutes – result rare to medium rare and absolutely fantastic![p]Hope everyone had an absolutely great day![p]
