Royal Oak Lump blue vs. red

Looking at the naked whiz coal review, I notice the royal oak lump coal is a red bag. Up in canada(at Canadian Tire) it's a blue bag. Does anyone know if the two are different products?
Thanks.

It's BLUE cuz it's COLD up there.

Never seen the red bags here. Don't know if there is a difference in the lump.

The red bag burns hotter.

The ones I saw up in Canada from Canadian Tire look the same aside from the colour. Contents looked the same too. They both have "Made in USA" on them as well. Likely just something to differentiate them for shipping outside of the US.

take your pick - same lump IMO.
My dealer just said he hi-jacked a truck headed to Canada!Re-gasketing America one yard at a time. -
Ron,
Didn't think about that. Everything coming in to Canada has to be labeled in French.

thanks for the input. Given the price difference of the royal with some of the other brands, I wasn't sure. I'll be picking up a bag tonight.context is important

Oh, time for my medication. -
I haven't graduated to buying multiple bags just yet...

I start to panic when I'm down to three. I'll let you know about the Maple Leaf after I have talked to the distributor.

Come on now!! It's summer time and very few of us are even wearing coats.....

Last night I bought a bag of the Blue RO lump and though I have much less experience (new Egger) I did notice immediately that the Blue stuff was way lighter and "fluffier" than the Natures Grilling Harwood blend that I had been using so far. It didn't have nearly the taste nor did it burn as hot. Also the load didn't last nearly as long a the same size load of the Natures Grilling brand.
