I thought I would get around to posting some pictures of a cook. For dinner tonight, I did up a small brisket coated with Dizzy Pig Red Eye Express. For sides, I baked off some mashed spuds topped with some cheese and tex mex spice and in the new egg, I did up a yellow bean stir fry. Yum Yum Yum.
