Tsunami Spin Spatchcock Chicken

The wife got home from work late yesterday, so I had to throw something together quick. Took a fresh chicken, made an olive oil/tsunami spin mix, smeared it under the skin and put in the egg indirect @ 375. 2 hours later internal was finaly @ 178. Pulled the chick off the egg and cut into it. MMMMM One of my better chickens.
Thanks again BGE and Dizzy Pig[p]Sorry, no pics. I was rushing around trying to get two batches of wine racked while the bird was on the egg. Plus the wife and little one were sooo hungry they cut into it before I could get the camera.

    Tsunami Spin is my new favorite rub for any chicken! Haven't tried it on a whole chicken yet, just chicken breasts - and it is unbelievable. Thanks indeed Dizzy Pig and BGE! As it's been posted in the past...if you have any leftovers you should make chicken salad with it.

    Sorry, these leftovers didn't make it to salad, they are currently being consumed as lunch here at work, my neighbors are all stopping by to see whatthe smell is. Man is this good.
