I roasted up a chicken and some mac n cheese. This was the first attempt at both the roast chicken and the mac n cheese on the egg

    Both look very good.
    Bet they are.
Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

nothing too special about our recipe

    basic bechemel(sp?) sauce(butter + flour roux, milk)
I add some diced onions + garlic and a little bit of chili flakes

then we add whatever cheese we have(this weekend it was some cheddar and some mozz)
we grease the casserole dish with butter.

I know alot of people put on a topping of breadcrumbs and melted butter...
I'm personally not a fan so we finish it with a layer of cheese on top
