Seafood Paella ala Egg

Added seafood (steamed Lobster first and shrimp 1/3 quick sear for color) at last few minutes of paella cooking. Few cherry/pecan chips for aroma.
Eaten communal style. Everyone loves this dish when I make it. I pretty much follow recipe on Bomba rice package.

That looks really good!! I have never cooked or, for that matter, eaten paella, but I just ordered a pan that will be delivered today. Even if I hate paella, I will have a nice drip pan. hahaha
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
