First spatchcock....not bad, not bad! Kids loved it. Needed more rub and/or salt but happy for first pass

    If it were any hotter you could have just set the chicken outside to roast.....and I thought it was hot in Dayton.

    For the next time put Bone-Sucking-Sauce or Sweet Baby Rays on the last 20 min's or so....
