Freezing Brisket Help!

Doing some meat, (chicken, pulledpork, brisket)for one of wife's co-workers who recently suffered a lost. Was wondering what is the best way to vac seal some brisket. Would need to be cut into smaller sections, because just 2 very young kids. So would it be better to cook, then slice into several smaller sections, then seal with some beef broth in the vac bag to make for easier reheating and so that it isn't too dry.

Any opinions are welcome.
Thanks In Advance
