  • 177 thigh and 161 breast, should be perfect after resting a bit
  • My, my, that looks pretty tasty......did you make the Mad Max gravy as well? That might be the best gravy I have ever tasted.

    I'm thinking of doing Mad Max's turkey and gravy at Eggtoberfest. Would be curious to know if you followed the recipe completely or any variations you may have made to it - it looks great!
  • I did not really change it at all, I did inject cajun better into the turkey.
