Boneless Ribs meat - the better Brisket :-)

Howdy !
Heres 2 1/2 pounds of american beef boneless rib meat, marinated with sea salt, rosemary, EVOO and Garlic and cooked on the XL Big Green Egg with some fresh cut Olive branches and rosemary for the smoke.
Seared direct and then cooked low & slow to 195 F and it was some of the most tender, juicy and flavourful pieces of meat i ever cooked !
Kinda like the perfect Brisket - just smaller and cooked in 5 hours.
