another stuffed crust pizza

Decided to try and master a stuffed crust pizza after myu first fail at it (the crust unfolded after one minute and all my toppings ran off into the farrrrrr lol

here we go
simple dough with string cheese around the perimeter





a little bit of home made sauce and jalapenos


pepperoni mozz and pineapple head (good combination by the way



final product cooked at 450 for 12 minutes



didnt get a shot of the crust with cheese because my big ass ate it all .....

will do this again
