Sausage, Corn & Romaine

Did some mild italian turkey sausage, corn on the cob and romaine lettuce. Rubbed the corn in butter and seasoned with a combo of DP Raising the Steaks and Dizzy Duct. Wrapped the corn in foil and place on the egg with the sausage at 350 for about 30 - 35 minutes. Brushed the romaine in EVO and seasoned with DP RTS. After pulling the corn let the egg go to 400 and then put the romaine on for 2 minutes a side.

Here is the completed ready to serve!

Very nice! One of my favorit parts of summer is fresh corn on the cob. Have you tryed raosting the corn? I gives it a better taste using the Egg IMO.

Those look good. Yes I have done the Corn on the cob with a twist in the manner you have it in the photos. I have only done that direct not indirect with the platesetter as it looks like you have done her. I assume you still do it that way at 325 for 30 - 35 minutes?

    Thanks for the info.
