I made some stuffed peppers this evening. The big red ones are sweet peppers from Sam’s club and the small ones are hot peppers from my garden. I stuffed them with hot sausage and diced onions. Some I cooked indirect on the egg and some I oven baked in spaghetti sauce. Both ways were very tasty.

They look great. I'm a real pepper lubber.

Stuffed peppers look delicious, I'd like a jar of those pickles for my sandwiches!

Someone emailed me and asked what recipe I used for the bread and butter jalapenos. I used Mrs. wages refrigerator bread and butter pickle mix that I had read about in some other posts . I tried them last night and they were great. I ate a whole 1/2 pint jar.
