Made a batch of Baby back ribs for a friend. Did them CWM still which I usually don't do. But didn't want to keep everyone waiting for dinner. They were good but falling off the bone tender, usually prefer them not with a little resistance to get them off the bone.

Wife's frien made a Greek salad and I did twice baked potatoes. All in all dinner was good and beats the DFAC food I was eating.
