Looking for advice on cooking ribs using a pizza stone.

    Chill Will, hi there friend. first wrap the stone with aluminum foil to prevent grease drippings from being sucked in. Use the Pizza stone for indirect smoking, by placing a drip pan on it and then another grid above it.
