Amazon's Al Dente blog has a post on rib cooking and is asking its readers to chime in on how they do theirs. The post has been linked by one of the blogosphere's most highly-trafficked blogs, Instapundit, so it will get a lot of hits in the coming hours.

I suggest we honor our departed amigo by spreading his baby back method through this blog post. I'm in the middle of my reply, and I will be sure to mention Mike and the Egg. Anyone else want to pile on?
