Pork Chops and Stuffed Bread

Recently, the missus and me cooked up a proper dinner of pork chops, salad and stuffed bread. Hope you like the pics.

After a light brine (thx 3rdEye), I tried a quick sear on the chops...

then back on the grill with a honey glaze and DP Ragin River.

Plated with a (crouton) salad.

Kiki decided that she wanted some bread, too, so she took the reins.

Stuffed with olive tapenade, parm, and roasted red peppers.

On the large.

Clumsily sliced. Good recipe from the BGE cookbook I stole from my newbie father.

Margie, I'm out of pocket now, but it is in the BGE cookbook. Check it out.
