my good friend Jlockhart29 is making Philly cheese steaks tonight... so far he has , in addition to the steak and cheese, included shrimp or sausage and all manner of vegetables and spices..
any ideas on what tonights version will include? :laugh:

    i am sure of it ,, good stuff,, i use half persimmon and half hickory.. and the persimmon gives a great mahogany color to roast chicken.
