I just put the last coat of Poly on my egg table. Should be plenty dry tomorrow. Went down to the Egg store on Clairmont today and picked up a demo model. It's sitting on the deck waiting to be christened after it's loaded into the new table tomorrow. Now down to the freezer to decide what will be the inaugural (for me anyway) cook. I failed to purchase any wood chips/chunks while at the store though, so it will have to be grill only, no smoke.[p]Ryles

    Ryles,
Welcome! You are in for many years of good cookin & even better eatin. Now, about the smoke... run to Kroger, Walmart or Publix and buy yourself a bag of hickory or meswuite chunks and have some fun. Go easy on the mesquite the first time. Too much and your meat will be bitter. Joe
