    That looks awesome! Love seeing the pic's! Noticed your pen, what temp did you could salmon to? Been a debate on here recently. Cedar planks make any fish a masterpiece.

    Thanks for info,perfect temp, I cook to same temp usually but every once in a while a bit higher on the Big Fat Fish. I could eat salmon for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
