I'd like to try a turkey breast on the egg. Have you had success with the whole breast on the bone, or the boneless roast, or do you bone your own then roll and tie? How hot, how long, etc.

I like doing turkey breast with bone in with ceramic holder (Beer Can Style) with white wine and at the end honey drizzled on it. I cook mine between 250 to 300 no higher. I like slow and low. I have done thirdeyes method also which is awesome. But I get lazy and don't like to debone it. LOL.

Never have tried a boneless breast, but you can't go wrong with a heavy dusting of Tsunami Spin and a drip pan under the breast with some water vinegar and italian seasoning for a little added moisture!
