Thanks again! My wife picked up some sushi grade tuna today and I tried this recipe. It was great! I did these on the small and the grill marks were perfect. The outside was a great bronze with a warm pink center. I will have to buy the book it came from. Outstanding!!! Thanks for posting this![p]Steve-B
