This forum has given me so many tips and recipes that I feel I should start payback.[p]If you want indescribable lamb chops or salmon steaks on the BGE, use the following recipe.[p]SALMON/LAMB MARINADE [p]1/2 Cup of Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup of Oil
2 Tblspns Molasses
2 Teaspns Ginger
2 Teaspns Dry Mustard
6 Cloves of Garlic Minced[p]Marinate salmon in the mixture for 4 hours, turning occasionally.
We have also used this on lamb.
