Pulled beef, will this work?

I've been asked to cook up some pulled pork and pulled beef for a friend's retirement party in a couple of weeks, and his wife is wanting me to use the meat she's bought. She's got three butts that are pretty straightforward for making the PP, but I'm wondering about the pulled beef cut she has. It's a beef round tip, about 10#. I've always done Clay Q's pulled beef, using chuck roasts.
Here's the question: Can I make pulled beef with this cut and, if so, do I cook it the same way I would a chuck roast?

Beef Bottom Round is a whole lot leaner than chuck roasts. I would look to turn it into Pit Beef and save the pulled beef for the chuck.

If it is the cut I am thinking of, it is pretty lean and might be hard to pull. Maybe suggest pit beef to her.

Thanks, everyone. I was concerned that it was so lean that it would dry out, and it seems my worry was justified. She's determined to have pulled beef, so I'll tell her to make a roast out of that round tip and to get me a couple of chuck roasts for the PB.
