<p />These were cooked for 22hours at 250 degrees.
The bones slid right out, and I actually chopped the meat.
Turned out wonderfully.[p]I didnt get a pic of the ribs, but they cooked for 2 hours at 250. I took them off, sprayed them with apple juice, and wrapped them in foil, returned them to the 250 degree grill for an hour, unwrapped and cooked for another hour. The last 10 min I added the BBQ sauce. The bones slid right out, and the meat was heavenly!
