The bones slid right out, and I actually chopped the meat.
Turned out wonderfully.[p]I didnt get a pic of the ribs, but they cooked for 2 hours at 250. I took them off, sprayed them with apple juice, and wrapped them in foil, returned them to the 250 degree grill for an hour, unwrapped and cooked for another hour. The last 10 min I added the BBQ sauce. The bones slid right out, and the meat was heavenly!

I put a rub by Durkee that you can buy in most Spice sections. I also injected them with apple juice.

Actually, I set aluminuim pie pans directly on the coals.I forgot my platesetter to put the drip pan on, so I had to improvize!

Could you resize your photos to something like 800x600 for posting? I always have to clean my monitor off after slobbering all over those gorgeous hunks of meat! LOL! But seriously, it's a lot easier to see them if they fit on the screen. Thanks!
