Saw Dr. Zaius' Harrisa chicken and decided I needed to Egg some chicken. Didn't have the all same ingredients as he had but used adobo, garlic and a ton of spices. I was thinking this could be called "UN Chicken" since it had elements from all over.
The "paint" was nice and thick and I made sure to get some under the skin as well as to save some thinned out as a sauce at the end. This was fantastic and next time I'll let it marinate overnight to get even more flavor into it.

And just before pulling. Skin was good & crispy and loaded with flavor.
