  • would be good if the forum allowed embedded video. have you checked with WMK/WPB?

No. didn't know. I guess my big plans for video is over. Is there a difference with embedded as opposed to a link? I have a Kodak sport play, and wanted to use it more for videos.
  • embedded means i'd click on your video and it'd play here on the forum rather than taking me off to another site

So can I use a different link on photobucket? Or do I have to use a different site?
  • I. Don't. Know.

    that's why i was suggesting asking WMK/WPB

they might not want videos to be embedded.

I will. Playing with videos now just to see what looks clear first.
  • i tried one long ago on photobucket, and thought it sucked that it was only a link. when i saw your test i was hoping you'd found a way. keep us posted.

Playing with Vimeo now. lets see if this works.

This seems to be the ticket. You upload to Vimeo and select not private. Then copy and paste the link. I will try it later with a video of my ribs cooking. The quality looks good.
