Egg Withdraws

I haven't been able to cook on my egg since Memorial Day!!!! :angry:

But I have the in-laws coming in town this weekend. Want to show off the egg for them with some beautiful fillet mignons. B) What are yunz suggestions for the best way to cook these? What are the internal temps for rare, med rare, med? I do have a thermopen so I can check them that way.


  • Meat Temps

    If you haven't TRex'ed a steak, I would give that a whirl. That is my current preference, but I haven't tried some of the other options yet.
