I have been looking and so far there is no one stepping up so I guess I will. What a great time and good eats yesterday in Seattle!!! Weather? A PERFECT sunny, even hot day. I got a lot of sun, I'd say... medium rare from the looks of it later.

I enjoyed the food. But more I enjoyed getting to know local eggers. It was fun meeting like minded, passionate food people that knew their way around the egg and others who just knew what good food tasted like.

I am sure I will want to cook next year. Glad I went just to scope it out for my first time.

Hi 'Q!

Great to hear the Pac NW is representing the local Eggers. I flew back from vacation that night so I missed out. Next time I'll plan ahead and schedule my vacation around it! Any pictures to share?

I'm firing up my large now for salmon and chicken.

I went with great intentions and before things were rolling I took an uninspired picture of a line of eggs with my phone. When people started arriving I started talking and then talking and eating and talking and.... no, I didn't get any pictures.
