Oh Steven, my brain went to mush. :huh: Of course the conversion is 2.54 for length.........must have been thinking about drugs when I gave the conversion for weight in kilos instead, lol. We work in metric and international units in my line of work.
Let's see,that would be 21.3 kilograms of ribs (or 57 Troy pounds)cooked my Imperial friend. -
