Followed his recipe to a "T" except it took an extra 20 minutes and I sauced (with Blues Hog). I just wanted to try this out before a cookout tomorrow.

These were very good. Due to the need to keep the racks flat, you can only do 2 racks at a time (which rules this method out for tomorrow). Thanks Randy!
