First cook, decided on Carwash Mike's ribs. Smoked with applewood at beginning. All I can say is, wow!

    Thats the best way to break an egg in from my point of view. Yeah burgers and chicken are good, but man ribs coming off the egg are amazing. Especially if its the first grill you've ever used that really knows what its doing during a low and slow.

    By the way, nice table too.

    yes made with ipe hopefully will last for many years here in the north east. this stuff is like steel!

    Really cant go wrong with Mikes ribs :) looks like you did a pretty good job on your first try. nice table and nice pics :)take a second to go in and edit your profile. even just a location as far as the state is nice to let people know a little about you :)
