My wife wanted to make some chimichangas so I told her why not use the egg being it was so nice outside.
The stuffing.

All I did was the cooking, my wife got the recipe off the internet and she is gone for the weekend. I cooked the stuffing in my wok and then did them about 10 min a side at 350-400. Put the cheese on the last 5 minutes.

I'm glad you weren't trying to deep fry these on the egg and you went with baking them. Could have been a little scary.
