But it's 6 hours until dinner time!![p]I can't believe that they are both nearly ready now.. It's been a steady 225 all night, but now I have to do something. It's only 11:00 now, and the guests arrive at 17:00.[p]DCP_4190.jpg[p]I did one 6 pound butt, and a 16 pound Briskett. They both look great. they are both ready to put in foil now. Hopefully they will be ok for the next 6 hours...[p]
