Memorial Day Spares

First off, THANKS to all you veterans who have served our great nation!

After several baby backs on my BGE, I decided to try some spares. Came out pretty good, though not as meaty as the baby backs were. I think this rack was a bit small. I trimmed off the rib tips and cooked them along side the spares. I used "Bone Suckin Rib Rub" and "Bone Suckin "Thicker Style" Sauce" for finishing. They came out pretty good...
